See visualization of a sales funnel / pipeline
I would like to have a more visual representation of the sales pipeline so that I see the relative amounts of leads in each phase (lead, contacted, meeting, won, lost)

We’ll have to see what implications the vCard format has. I’m pretty sure this is easily done.

Enter leads from an external system
This means people from outside the CRM, such as affiliates or other CRM instances could submit leads that might be relevant to the company. This also enables integration to services providing business information (such as Orbis)

Click a button when I am on the phone and afterwards lets me select how the call went
So basically first I click "I am on the phone" --> everyone sees I am on the phone and not to be disturbed. Secondly I can select whether I got to speak with the person I was looking for or not, and if yes, was the person interested or not.

We tried this in beta 2.0 but it got mixed reactions so we are working on how to implement it correctly.

Have a "workflow view" to focus on one company at a time and then automatically advance to the next
In the workflow view I don't need to do anything else but just go to the next company I need to contact and I get all information I need at a glance. This way when I'm going through my "to-do list", I know what to do next and don't have to spend time on thinking about the next steps. This enhances my productivity.

see activity stats for teams
I'm looking for support for a compensation model like this:
- sales rep gets 40% of the deal value as "individual commission"
- 10% of the deal is contributed as "team commissions"the "team commisions" would be distributed as a share of (my points/all points)
I guess we would need a team structure in Dealmachine and a simple report that summarizes the activities/points per rep per team.

directly access the contact from the address field of the browser
If the name of the "object" would appear in the title of the page then I guess we would be able to access the objects using the browser's history of visited pages.
Dealmachine - COMPANY - PERSON - DEAL would be close to ideal?
Then I could just type "Elvis" to find the URL for Elvis Presley and "ukulele" to find "New golden ukulele for Mr Presley", etc. right?

i'd like to see what individual people has done since last time I logged into deal machine.
i'd like to see what individual people has done since last time i logged into deal machine. One way to enable this would be filtering the status updates on dashboard. If I could see user XXX's status updates I could easily get picture what he/she has been doing lately.

I'm thinking about a scenario where a sales rep just walks in to a store, sells a service then goes to next shop.
Would be cool if the rep could attach a snapshot of the storefront as the addresses are sometimes a bit ambiguous (in malls; or in China).3 votes -

Allow sorting of the pipeline by "Expected Closing" field
Allow that the pipeline can be sorted by the "Expected closed" field (found in "new sales")

Yes, this is definitely important!

Sorting companies based on their status or data quality
For instance, if an external system enters a lead which might be of high value, it should be handled immediately and so this has to have a mechanism, where the system deals with prioritizing leads based on multiple variables such as prior sales, source of lead, amount/quality of data entered etc. to serve more potential cuomers (i.e. warm leads) before cold calling.
